Prefer to talk? Call now(317) 555-0168Problems with this site. Tell us through the contact page or at (317) 555-0168. Say what happened, when it happened and how to reach you. We read every complaint and reply once we've looked into it. Typical issues we can put right include wrong information on a page, a request sent by mistake, or a question about how your details were shared.
Problems with a roofer. The roofer is an independent business, so this site can't decide disputes about its work, price or warranty. Start by raising the issue with the roofing company in writing, and keep copies of the contract, estimate, photos and receipts. If that doesn't settle it, the Indiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division accepts consumer complaints about home improvement contractors.
Licensing questions. Indiana has no statewide roofing license, so licensing complaints go to the local office. In Indianapolis, that is the City's Department of Business and Neighborhood Services. Outside Marion County, contact your city or county building department.
Insurance questions. Concerns about a claim, an adjuster or an insurer belong with the Indiana Department of Insurance.
Let us know as well. Even when the complaint belongs elsewhere, we'd like to hear about it, because it shapes whether this site keeps passing requests to that company.
