What we collect. When you use the estimate or contact form, you give us your name, phone number, email, street address and a short note about your roof. When you call (317) 555-0168, the phone system may log your number and the time of the call. Like most websites, the site's hosting and analytics tools also record basic technical data, such as your browser type, the pages you view and a rough location based on your internet address.

How we use it. A request has one main job: to reach one independent local roofing company so it can contact you about an estimate. We may also use your details to answer a question you sent, to check that the forms work and to filter out spam.

Who sees it. Your request goes to that one roofing company and to the service providers that run the website, forms and phone line for us. We don't sell your details, and we don't place them on a list that other companies buy. We may disclose information when the law requires it. Once the roofer has your details, its own privacy practices govern how it uses them.

Cookies. The site may use cookies or similar tools to count visits and learn which pages are useful. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the pages will still work.

Keeping and deleting. We keep requests only as long as we need them for the uses above and for ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact page or call. We will also pass a deletion request on to the roofer that received your details, though that company keeps its own records.

Children. The site is meant for adults who own or manage a home. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
