Your agreement for roof work is with the roofer. Any contract you sign is between you and that company. This site is not a party to it and doesn't guarantee the roofer's price, schedule, workmanship, warranty, licensing or insurance coverage. Information and tools. Cost figures, the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz offer rough planning guidance, not quotes or diagnoses. Site content is general, may fall out of date and isn't legal, insurance or tax advice.

Fair use. Send only true information about a property you own or have authority over. Don't submit someone else's details without permission, send spam, copy the site's content for your own use, or try to interfere with how the site runs.

Outside links. Links to government offices and other websites are there for convenience. Those sites set their own content and policies, and this site isn't responsible for them.

Limits on liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as it stands, without warranties. Its owner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a roofer does or fails to do.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Updated terms take effect when they're posted here.
